A few years ago I too went through heart surgery, but mine was a triple bypass graft. It should have been a quadruple but I was told I didn’t have enough good clear tubing in my legs to do the fourth one! Still the plumbing team did a good job and but for a few recent non heart related scares, things are OK.
I sincerely hope your return to hospitalisation will be brief and successful and I will be thinking about you, your eloquence and your love of everything past and present.
